We live in challenging times full of hard questions, real pain and a quest for genuine hope. Shallow platitudes don’t help. We need the real Jesus. The Gospel of Luke was written by Luke, a brilliant historian and medical doctor, and clearly, a religious outsider whose life was transformed by Jesus. His biography of Jesus points us to beauty of our Savior, the power of our Lord, and the grace and hope that transforms all who believe in Christ. What we discover is that the skeptic, the outcast, the doubter and the outsider, much like Luke himself, are deeply loved by God.
